Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and QR Scan. For in-store purchases, cash is also accepted.

Q: Can I make changes to my order after it's confirmed?
A: Changes can be made up to 24 hours before your scheduled delivery or pickup time. Please contact us as soon as possible to accommodate any adjustments.

Delivery & Pickup

Q: Do you offer same-day delivery?
A: Yes, we offer same-day delivery for orders placed before 12 PM, subject to availability.

Q: What are your delivery areas and fees?
A: We deliver in Central Business Area in Bangkok. Delivery fees vary based on location and distance from our shop. You’ll see the exact fee at checkout or upon inquiry.

Q: Can I pick up my order in-store?
A: Absolutely! Simply choose the "Pick-Up" option at checkout and we’ll have your flowers ready at the scheduled time.

Custom Orders & Events

Q: Can I request a custom floral arrangement?
A: Yes! We specialize in bespoke floral designs. Share your inspiration, occasion, and preferred flowers or colors, and we’ll create something just for you.

Q: Do you provide floral styling for weddings and events?
A: Yes, we offer full-service floral styling for weddings, private events, and corporate functions. Please contact us to schedule a consultation.

Flowers & Care

Q: What if a specific flower is not available?
A: Due to seasonal availability and nature’s unpredictability, some flowers may be substituted with similar blooms of equal or higher value—always in keeping with the original design.

Q: How long will my flowers last?
A: With proper care, most arrangements last 3–5 days. We include care instructions with every order to help you enjoy your blooms as long as possible.

Q: Can I include a message card with my flowers?
A: Yes, we provide complimentary message cards with every order. You can add your message at checkout or when placing your order.

Q: Do you offer subscriptions or regular flower delivery?
A: Yes, we offer weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly floral subscriptions. Perfect for homes, offices, or thoughtful gifting. Contact us to learn more.

Q: What’s your cancellation/refund policy?
A: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund. Orders canceled less than 24 hours before delivery may be non-refundable.
